Yummy Yoga Soup

This is one of my favourite winter soups, so I hope it keeps you warm and comfy over the upcoming months too! It is full of goodness, loads of veggie, satvic energy and keeps your diet well balanced.

Serves 4

1/2 cauliflower
3 Potatoes
2 Carrots
Handful of peas
Few leaves of kale
1 onion
2 celery stalks
1 tin of chickpea
Fresh coriander
½ tea spoon of cumin
½ tea spoon of curry powder
½ tea spoon of turmeric
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Chop all vegetables into small pieces, add spices and boil in water until soft (approx. 20 min). In the meantime, toast sunflower and sesame seeds in the pan. Blend the soup and decorate with the roasted seeds and chopped fresh coriander. You can serve with oven baked chapati bread.
