Focus on deep abdominal breathing that fills up your lungs from the lowest and widest part, therefore consuming more oxygen and boosting your energy. Try inhaling deeply through your nose towards your abdomen for a count of three and exhaling from your nose for a count of six. Activate your muscles and expend your belly and chest when you inhale and relax again on exhalation. Keeping your eyes closed during this exercise will help you develop your inner focus and clear your mind at the same time!
