Avocado to go: Savoury breakfast made speady

1/2 avocado
1 tomato
balsamic vinegar
rye bread
Mash up 1/2 an avocado in a bowl. Then finely dice 1 tomato and mix in another bowl with a splash of balsamic vinegar. Next, toast 1 slice of rye bread, spread on the mash avocado and top with the chopped tomatoes. This counts as 2 portions of your 5-a-day.
